I reserve the right to decline a commission.

My commissions are digital products. There will be no physical item sent to you.

Please have visual references ready

Extremely complex outfits and armor designs may be simplified for my simpler art styles.

NO RUSHED COMS! If you want your piece to be prioritized and finished earlier you may pay a rush fee.

Refunds will only be entertained if i have not started your commission. Will refund on 1st sketching progress only

Payments will be made through PAYPAL Invoices, Ko-fi or through VGen commissions (prices will be in USD)

For larger payments, a minimum 50/50 payment or installment plan can be arranged upon discussion.

Payment must be sent with 24-72 hours of me confirming your order. If you don't pay within this time I will forfeit your commission slot.

I will only start your commission after you've sent the payment.

My working time varies from 3 days to 7 days (weekends are days-off)

Orders will be processed in the order of payment; the earlier you pay, the faster your order will start.

If you need delivery within a specific deadline, please let me know

If it's urgent, an extra charge of 50% will be applied.

The delivery will be made via email or message, whichever you prefer. The delivered file will be the original, high resolution, and will vary in size depending on the canvas/order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Uploading my artwork to AI image generators.

Using my artwork to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.

Using my artwork as an image prompt, reference, or input for AI-generated images.

Including my artwork in AI datasets or machine learning databases.

Tracing, editing, or altering my artwork using AI tools.

Any use of my artwork for AI purposes is strictly prohibited unless I have given explicit written permission.

Violation of this policy will immediately revoke the license granted to use the commissioned artwork.

You will permanently lose permission to use the artwork, and no refund will be issued, regardless of when the violation occurs.

I also reserve the right to refuse any future commissions from individuals who violate this policy.

You cannot claim credit for the commissioned art.

As a client, you have the right for personal and social media use. Please tag or credit me when using it

For commercial use, the price will increase, and the ToS will be adjusted. Contact me for such cases.

I have the right to use your order for portfolio purposes, as examples for future projects.

You CANNOT remove the signature, edit or modify the file under any circumstances.
